Solargen Renamed Nevo Energy

May 12, 2011   As required by PVSF asset sale, Solargen Energy changed its name to Nevo Energy. All the necessary filings with FINRA and other regulatory agencies have been completed to enable Solargen’s name to be updated on the OTC Markets Exchange to Nevo Energy, Inc. Solargen’s stock symbol has changed from SLGE to NEVE to correspond with the new Nevo Energy name. Nevo Energy’s new CUSIP is 64157B 102.
