PVSF Asset Sale

April 19, 2011   Solargen Energy, Inc. ("Solargen") executed definitive agreements with PV2 Energy, LLC, a California limited liability company, to acquire the Panoche Valley Solar Farm assets ( “PVSF”) and bring the necessary resources to complete the development of the photovoltaic solar project located in San Benito County, California. Solargen investors retain a residual interest in the PVSF project.
